Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return form provided in your initial shipment.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Bring your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
